1. What we collect

If you submit the contact form, request a capability statement, or correspond with us, you may provide your name, organization, email, phone, inquiry type, and message content. We collect only what you choose to send.

Our hosting and analytics providers may process routine information about a public-site visit, including IP address, approximate location, browser and device type, referring site, pages viewed, and timestamps. We use it for security, performance, and aggregate site reporting.

Google Analytics loads only after you select “Allow analytics.” It may place analytics cookies. We disable Google advertising storage, advertising personalization, advertising user data, and Google Signals. We also remove query strings from the page locations sent to Analytics. You can decline or change your selection through the Privacy choices control.

2. How we use it

To respond to inquiries, deliver requested materials, evaluate teaming or contracting opportunities, comply with legal and contractual obligations, improve the site, and understand which public pages and campaigns are useful. We do not sell information, and we do not send contact-form contents or sensitive operational information to analytics or advertising services.

3. Disclosure

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with a lawful request, protect our legal rights or the safety of personnel or property, work with service providers under confidentiality obligations, or carry out a sale of business assets in which case the receiving party will be bound by this policy.

4. Federal contracting context

Information submitted in connection with federal procurement may be subject to FAR requirements including retention, audit, and disclosure obligations. We handle controlled, sensitive, or classified information only under appropriate authorization and security controls, and we do not solicit such information through this site.

5. Retention

Contact form submissions and related correspondence are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to support the inquiry and meet applicable record-keeping requirements.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure.

7. Children

The site is directed to business and federal procurement audiences. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Your choices

You may decline to provide information, opt out of further communications by replying to our correspondence and asking to be removed, or request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you through the contact below. We respond within a reasonable time, subject to legal limits.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
