How we work

A small technical firm should be easy to understand. One owner, one controlled lane, one useful handoff.

THE MODEL

Scope the piece that can be accepted.

Falconer is built for bounded tasks and defined subcontract lanes. We start with the customer requirement, identify the exact work package we can own, and make the acceptance record part of the deliverable. When a scope needs a licensed professional, specialized field crew, hardware vendor, or another discipline, that role is named and kept with the right party.

1

Inputs

Source data, schema, PWS, award terms, or backlog definition.
2

Controls

Naming, traceability, issue register, version history, and QA gates.
3

Outputs

Files, maps, records, reports, trackers, and required formats.
4

Acceptance

Final QA, open-item list, change log, and archive another person can follow.
WHAT WE BRING

Range operations context with disciplined data work.

01 / OPERATIONS

Range and training context

Experience inside the live training enterprise, formal range-safety training, and working familiarity with RMTK, WDZ, ITAM, and range-program records.

02 / DATA

Geospatial and evidence control

GIS production, terrain and imagery review, feature QA, metadata, discrepancy registers, source traceability, and controlled exports.

03 / SMALL BUSINESS

A clean subcontract lane

SBA-certified SDVOSB with active SAM registration. Work can start with one defined backlog and scale only after the first acceptance gate.

WRITTEN FIRST

Send the exact requirement.

A solicitation number, PWS section, sample schema, or short backlog description is enough to start. Keep the public message unclassified and non-sensitive.
