Project records and closeout

Make the project record easy to review.

Falconer organizes the evidence behind funded work so status, missing items and final acceptance do not live across scattered inboxes and folders.

The administrative gap around delivery

Good technical work can still be delayed when required photos, invoices, approvals, submittals, revisions or acceptance evidence are missing. Falconer builds and maintains the record around the work while the project manager, engineer, contractor and contracting authority keep their decision roles.

Typical work

  • Requirement, deliverable and evidence registers
  • Progress, photo, submittal, change and decision logs
  • Invoice, match, reimbursement and payment-support files
  • Missing-item, exception and corrective-action tracking
  • Acceptance evidence, final index and archive package

How a scope is built

We start with the contract, award terms, statement of work or customer checklist. The scope names which records Falconer collects, who supplies or approves them, how often the register updates, where files are stored and what defines a complete handoff.

What comes back

The final package can include a current status register, organized source files, evidence index, revision history, open-item list and closeout archive. File names and folder structure follow the customer or prime standard when one exists.

Scope boundary. Falconer records and organizes project evidence. We do not sign the customer, contractor, engineering, accounting or legal certifications assigned to another party.
