Geospatial production

GIS production work with a clean handoff.

Falconer takes ownership of a defined data or map workstream, records what changed, and returns files the next person can understand and accept.

What we can own

We support government offices and prime-contractor teams that already know what data or product they need but need dependable production capacity behind it. The work can begin with an existing geodatabase, imagery, field records, spreadsheets, CAD files, PDFs, or mixed source material.

Typical work

  • Feature editing, attribution and source reconciliation
  • Geodatabase setup, schema alignment and data conversion
  • Map, map-service, dashboard and map-book production
  • Field-photo traceability and exception tracking
  • Metadata, change logs, discrepancy records and final QA

What comes back

The handoff is built around the requirement. It normally includes the finished data or maps, a source and change record, unresolved exceptions, and the QA evidence used for acceptance. We can work inside a customer-defined environment and naming standard or prepare a self-contained delivery package.

What we need to scope it

Send the public requirement or a non-sensitive summary, the expected output format, available source material, approximate volume, schedule and acceptance standard. If access, software, travel, clearance or field verification is involved, include that at the start.

Scope boundary. Falconer provides GIS production and data QA. Boundary surveys, sealed engineering, environmental determinations and other licensed conclusions remain with the qualified professional responsible for them.
